URL: ftp://exchange.3sprinters.ca (without “ftp://” if
you are using FileZilla)
User name and password will be provided by our sales team.
You might want to use FTP software to send and receive
files ( it is not required ). FTP software can be downloaded
from most file download sites. FileZilla is a popular
choice and is free and available for both Mac and PC.
File compression is recommended. Compression will make
the file transfer faster and minimize the chance of your
files being corrupted during transfer. Here are some program
recommendation for zipping files: WinZip, WinRAR, Stuffit
(for Mac).
Once you have uploaded your file please send an email
confirmation to your sales representative. Please include
the name of the folder or file and any instructions you
have. |
